Cancellation Policy
48‑Hour Cancellation:
If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged.
No‑Show/Same-Day Cancellation Policy:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without contacting us (no‑call/no‑show), you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Additionally, if you cancel the same day as your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
How fees are processed:
Fees are charged to the payment method on file or invoiced at our discretion. Payment of any outstanding cancellation or no‑show fee must be completed before booking future appointments.
New Clients:
For all new clients, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment, the deposit is forfeited. In the event of a same-day cancellation or no-show, the remaining 50% may be charged to the card on file, and if the card declines, the deposit is also forfeited. Deposits are transferable with 48 hours notice, but, in the event of a complete cancellation, are subject to forfeiture and may require a new deposit to book again. Deposits are applied towards the service total on the day of the appointment!
Late arrivals:
If you're running late, please call or text us as soon as you can. Depending on how late you arrive, we may need to shorten your service to avoid impacting the next guest. Shortened services will be charged the full appointment price unless otherwise discussed. If you are 15 or more minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Emergencies & Exceptions:
We understand emergencies happen. If you need to cancel for an unavoidable emergency, please contact us - we may waive the fee on a case‑by‑case basis.
How to cancel or reschedule:
Please cancel or reschedule by phone or text at (209) 417-6137 or via your online booking confirmation. Cancelling through a third party (calendar, email, etc.) may not count unless we receive direct notice.
